I discovered a love for yoga some time ago whilst dealing with some of life's bumpier moments. Being able to use a physical activity to create solace in the body and mind is a wonderful thing that is open to all of us. No matter what age or level of flexibility, yoga can benefit us all as it teaches us to slow down and focus on our breath and how we feel in our bodies and minds. Yoga is a moving meditation and has so many benefits it is almost unbelievable until you try it.
