I'm a firm believer that if there are any answers to our questions, we hold them ourselves.
I trained as a yoga teacher with no intention to teach, but simply to learn a bit more about this practice I love. I soon found there is always more to discover, and so, as I committed to keep learning, I decided also to share what I learn. I began to teach more as people asked me to teach more... and so it flowed!

Through my teaching and practice I have experience working with many physical ailments and limitations, anxiety, insomnia, writers block, eating disorders and chronic stress, and have worked with all ages and levels of yoga experience.

Accreditations Accreditations:

200 hours Flow Yoga (with Ganga White and Tracey Rich at The White Lotus Foundation)
100 hours Yin Yoga & Ayurveda (with The Yoga People)
100 Hours Mandala Vinyasa (The Yoga People)

Finding Calm Meditation

Give your body and mind a well-deserved chance to reset and regenerate with this 30 minute guided meditation. Using a simple mindfulness of breath method to focus the attention offers us calm and quiet from the day-to-day fluctuations of the mind, giving the nervous system a chance to rebalance. Over time, this practise can help alter neuronal passageways in the brain, reducing our stress reactions to the world we live in.
