Alexandra Legouix wears a number of hats. She is a well know Sports TV Presenter and among various other shows, she is best known as the main face and pitlane presenter of the World Touring Car Championship which broadcasts live on Eurosport, Fox Sports and on a number of other channels globally.
Other TV duties include being one of the main Fitness Presenters on Bestfit Magazine's TV channel on SKY and for this same magazine she is also the resident Yoga Columnist.
She is the owner of thriving yoga, meditation & pilates studio 'Konasana Dome' which is based in Surrey for which she teaches many of the classes herself when she is free and in the UK.
Additionally, Alexandra is the writer and presenter of two top selling Yoga DVDs ('Yoga Made Simple') which are stocked by Amazon, in WHSmiths and HMV and in various supermarkets.
Having trained at Redroofs Theatre School, Alexandra spent many years as a professional actress, singer and dancer before a big fall in 2014 resulted in her not only breaking her spine but dislocation of her pelvis and three prolapsed discs. After scans showed she was also suffering from a degenerative disc disease and facet joint syndrome, doctors advise she stop exercise altogether.
However, not one to give up and fiercely adamant she could self heal, Alexandra started yoga and after two sessions was totally hooked on not only the physical benefits but the mental benefits she reaped too. After a year of regular classes, Alexandra went to India and submersed herself in the yogi world and spent two months gaining her qualifications at a renowned ashram in Kerala.
On her return she began teaching and combined her yoga with her travel and started to teach in various centres around the world.
She opened her own studio www.konasana.co.uk this year in January and it is already doing extremely well. Starting online classes seemed a sensible next step to take, hence her new link with FitSwarm!
Alexandra will begin her 500RYT training this April.

Lets start the afternoon in a great way! This is the best way to give yourselves a super powerful, max calorie burning, ultimate energising workout in the least amount of time! Win, win! We will start with a warm up before we do a solid 20 minute chunk of combination intervals - so, short bursts of intense exercise with short periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. We will do a combo of aerobic bursts mixed with body resistance bursts, really get your heart rate racing, and improve your cardio health as well as burn fat, tone and sculpt the body. We will end with a well deserved cool down and stretch too!
