I trained as a yoga teacher with no intention to teach, but simply to learn a bit more about this practice I love. I soon found there is always more to discover, and so, as I committed to keep learning, I decided also to share what I learn. I began to teach more as people asked me to teach more... and so it flowed!
Through my teaching and practice I have experience working with many physical ailments and limitations, anxiety, insomnia, writers block, eating disorders and chronic stress, and have worked with all ages and levels of yoga experience.
Suitable for all levels but those new to yoga should start with Vinyasa Level 1. This 60-minute class is a strong, fast-paced class designed to build heat and strength. This practice is a total body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility to improve circulation. We recommend that students seeking to take these classes feel confident, safe, and strong throughout classic sun salutations.
