Not only have I experience recovering from potentially serious sporting injury (3 times) but as a mother, I also know how difficult and frustrating it can be to reclaim your body after pregnancy and shed those pounds after both issues.
Because of all that I have experienced, both in the sporting field and personal life, I believe I can offer advice, planning, and guidance to anyone of any age from teenager to elder statesman, whether it be weight-loss, getting fit, sporting goals, strength, and conditioning or just getting your body to carry you for a change!

H.I.I.T

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
